Audra McDonald's artistic talent is unparalleled in her range of talents and diversity as a musician, and an actor. In 2021, she appeared with Taylor Schilling and Steven Pasquale in the film The Bite, a pandemic drama co-produced by Spectrum Originals and CBS Studios. The actress first appeared as U.S. attorney Liz Lawrence in 2009 on CBS's civil drama The Good Wife in 2018 McDonald took on her character (now named Liz Reddick) as a regular in the season premiere of The Good Fight on Paramount+ with 3 Critics Choice Award nominations for her role. She guest stars in Julian Fellowes's historical drama The Gilded Age.
